Contract: Fixed term, until end December 2021
Salary: £40,000 – £49,000
Location: Cambridge (work from home, therefore flexible on location)
The Role
The Risk and Internal Audit Manager is a pivotal role within the quality management function, reporting to the Head of Quality. We have spent the last few years strengthening our risk management and internal audit systems and are now working on embedding our approach. You will be at the heart of Cambridge International’s response to Covid-19, working across the whole organisation with a range of people at all levels up to Directors and CEO’s. We are looking for an experienced Risk & Audit Manager to join the team and hit the ground running. Since this shall be a work from home role, proximity to Cambridge is not critical.

What you will be doing
What we’re looking for
We are looking for a qualified risk manager and/or quality auditor. You will be highly analytical and a strong communicator with a good depth of experience. You will have the ability to be effective and engage with staff across Cambridge International and beyond supporting our risk management approach. A comprehensive understanding of the ISO 9001:2015 standard, or similar frameworks, is important. You are determined, persistent and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve objectives. You demonstrate a high degree of organisational skills and deploy these to get things done; self-confidence and excellent influencing skills are essential.
