Operating across the whole of the UK with a combined budget of more than £6 billion, UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) is a new entity that brings together nine partners to create an independent organisation with a strong voice for research and innovation, and a vision to ensure the UK maintains its world-leading position in research and innovation.

You will work as part of the risk and counter fraud team to create, lead and sustain a comprehensive risk management function/ programme, requiring reforms which will bring together professionals from multiple organisations across a complex and fragmented cultural and legacy landscape with a multiplicity of systems.

You will have:

  • Significant experience as a risk professional and/or experience within a grants environment
  • Ideally experience of working within the public sector
